POP GIG!
venue: The Discovery Pub, Celyn Avenue, Cyncoed, Cardiff
This event will present a number of covers, old and new, along with some original songs, written by the performers themselves.
The band will be accompaniying the singers, and the backing singers are also in rehearsal.
Ensemble items will be included, and a big JAM will finish the evening.
I shall be recording and filming this event, with a view to compiling a Showreel for promotional purposes.

The LRVS students did a wonderful performance of the musical, OLIVER
Our debut musical theatre production played between 22nd and 24th of February, 2011, to great acclaim.
Well Done to all performers!
September 24th 2010 Hilton Hotel, Cardiff
Louise Ryan Vocal School performed at the Hilton Hotel,on September 24th, in the GLAMTASTIC Lunch to raise funds for the Velindre Cancer Centre.
Other artists performing were the popular Welsh Soprano,Shan Cothi, and Rhyddian.
The students were also been invited to sing in a fundraiser for the Pakistan Flood victims,at the Captain Scott club in Cardiff Bay,on Wednesday, September 29th.
The dinner, auction and entertainment from Louise's students proved to produce a highly enjoyable success

The rehearsals for 'Oliver' will take place at St.Peter's Church Scout Hall,Roath, 6-8pm on Sundays.
Any further rehearsals will take place at school,or my house.

Saturday July 4th 2009: TESCO STAGE
at the Cardiff Millenium Centre,Cardiff Bay.
3 soloists, Lucie Jones, Emily Langford and Giorgia Warsama, will be performing, along with 2 LRVS vocal ensemble items, between 4-5pm.
This event is a sponsored performance to help raise funds for the South Glamorgan Festival for Young Musicians in 2010.

held a fundraising showcase, at Pentyrch Village Hall, 7.30pm.
Lucie has received a place at Italia Conti school of Performing Arts,in London.
The entry fee is £5,with a raffle during the interval. Lucie will perform along with a number of her very talented friends.
Personal fundraising events,such as this,have become a popular trend amongst performers in recent years,as government funding for further education is not so available.

South Glamorgan Festival for Young Musicians
L.R.V.S. won Senior Ensemble Trophy with Amazing Grace (arr. L. Ryan)
Emily Langford won both her categories. Lucie Jones won the Classical Category and the highly acclaimed "Most Promising Vocal Performance" trophy.
