'Aspiring to Excellence' leads naturally to 'Maintaining Excellent
Standards' and with this in mind Louise Ryan and Julie Barclay will be running an exclusive class for young professionals keen on applying for drama schools/college for musical theatre or drama courses and/or attending a range of castings
The classes will provide opportunities for actors to practice and enhance their skills,learn new techniques, audition pieces and songs and develop new approaches to their professional practice.

Advice and training from the artistic director of the school Louise Ryan - specifically related to Vocal development, techniques and performance
The support and guidance of Leigh-ann Regan, who runs Wales most successful actors agency - Regan Rimmer Management Wales, and is herself a reputable casting director.
A portfolio of audition pieces carefully selected by professional actress and director Julie Barclay to suit your performance skills and needs at auditions/castings.
This class is also suited to those actors who have completed their training and now feel they want to maintain their skills and keep working to
improve as an artist. They may want to focus on applying for work, to gain experience of practice on camera and in a theatre space - joining Spotlight -
The Actors online Directory, and keeping their CVs and head shots up to date.
And the added benefit of being observed by a professional peer group and a first class teaching team.
There would also be unique opportunities to perform in musical events
Classes :
Saturdays at Cardiff High School 10am - 12.30pm.
The content of the class would alternate every week. Singing for the first week and drama for the second week and so on.

There will be classes in Classical and Contemporary Theatre Performance from Greek Theatre to the present day, particularly monologues and soliliquys.
The analysis of text and it's meaning, the use of emotional, physical and vocal rhythm within performance and audition technique.
